How do I switch to the natural mode (white noise mode)?

Turn on the Bluetooth Sleep Mask and quickly press the "-" button 3 times to enter Natural Mode (voice prompt "Natural Mode"). Once in Natural mode, you can switch to Bluetooth mode in the same way, or long-press -/+ to switch between sounds.

Tap the volume up button 3 times consecutively. It will say “30 minutes”. Do this again and it goes to 90 minutes and so on.
